As we ride the waves of the Covid-19 Pandemic, FSTP is continually re-assessing its approach to the delivery of services to clients.
Throughout lockdown we have managed to move all face to face based learning online using tried and tested real time slide sharing and audio visual platforms allowing us to continue providing a full range of services as a result.
Our move to on-line learning is constantly being appraised to ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional training. All delegates continue to receive soft copies of the material, summary slides and mock exams/question banks where necessary. Delegates can ask questions and there is plenty of opportunity for group discussion.
Using online meeting rooms we have continued client meetings to support our consultancy offering and started up support groups for interested parties to ensure networking can continue.
Our clients are delighted with the results and the fantastic testimonials that we have received throughout this challenging period reflect this;
“I just had online gap fill training with FSTP and I thought the trainer Ian Richardson was brilliant. He kept the course moving and was engaging on what I thought was a very difficult topic! Thank you very much for offering the course.”

We have great admiration for our clients, our consultants and the FSTP team who have all embraced these challenges head on and pulled together to ensure that business can continue as near to normal as possible.
We have also been assessing how face to face learning could be brought back into our service offering ensuring the safest possible environment for all delegates and staff. We will continue to keep an eye on how things are developing on this front with guidance from the Government. We have also been talking with other training providers working across a large number of industries and continue working with and taking advice from the CPD Standards Office who have been working with the Government to outline key process and steps that can help bring us back to face to face training without compromising the safety of attendees or staff.
As we all wait with baited breathe for the predicted second wave our utmost concern is the safety of our people and our clients and as a result we will continue to deliver our services on-line and offer socially distanced meetings where necessary.
