This 2-hour interactive Board Room Briefing will simply focus on explaining WHAT change is, WHY it comes about and HOW change can be successfully delivered. Meet The Tutor
David Coombes was employed as a Business Change Manager at Bupa Health & Wellbeing UK from 2001 to 2012. David undertook a variety of change projects during his time with the company including: business process change; organisational/people change; technical change and property infrastructure change. During the last 2 years he has been providing introductory project management training to people in the financial services sector and is currently coaching 50+ project professionals in various organisations towards obtaining their chartered project professional status.
David is a qualified Change Management Practitioner, Registered Project Professional, Registered Corporate Coach and recently became a Chartered Assessor for the Association for Project Management.
